[UWP] V1.6.2 Update

New update now available on Windows (1.6.2)

Get it here

PDF/Image support has now been added, so instead of typing out all those chords and lyrics, you can just import the sheet music, chord charts or whatever way you have it.
Limited to 3 pages/images per song on the free version. No limit on the paid version.
* PDF/Image support currently unsupported on mobile versions of the app.

The UI/Layout has been updated. Those of you running the latest versions of Windows 10 will see some Fluent design elements added, which gives the app a bit more of a "pop". Some of the button text has been replaced with icons. All Jam/Tab layouts have three buttons at the bottom: Edit, Transpose, and a new feature to show Chords & Lyrics, just Chords, or just Lyrics. Simply tap the button to toggle through. New PDF/Image layouts just have an edit button.

Speaking of new PDF/Image support, the editing works a little differently for these. If you are adding/editing one of these songs you'll see three buttons at the top of the screen. This allows you to import a PDF document, import an image, or take/capture a new image from within the app.
Each individual page/image has a set of buttons on the top. This allows you to reorder, rotate and delete individual items. The song details (title, artist, etc.) are the same as Jam/Tab songs. There is, however, an additional button which allows you to invert the colours of the images.

New setting has been added which adds some padding to the first/last song in the list. Should allow most songs to be viewed in the center of the screen.

Fullscreen mode has been added, and is also possible through voice commands.

On top of all these changes are the usual bug fixes and improvements, enabling the app to run smoother with every update.

Now, the work begins on a parity update with the Android app to bring both versions to the same level!

Formatting songs

The app hilights section names to help distinguish the different sections of the songs. Chords are also hilighted to make them easier to read. Section names are not necessary, but are beneficial for you! Through the settings, chords can be set to display above the lyric line or inline, among the words. Custom colours are also set there. Custom section colours, with chord display set to "inline" Chords: When typing out the chords and lyrics, chords should be typed on a separate line above the lyrics. The app handles displaying them inline or above by itself. Chords should be positioned in the correct spot above the lyrics on which the change occurs. In order to denote a chord, simply enclose it in square brackets "[ ]". The opening square bracket should lie above the letter where the chord first enters. See below about using "[-" with chords to keep line spacing when inline display is selected. Section Names: In order to denote a section of ...
